Corinth is a place that holds on to its rich, cultural heritage; while at the same time, it embraces all that the present has to offer. The town was forced into the national spotlight during the American Civil War, because the crossing of the longest railroad lines in the South made it a strategic asset for both sides. Since then, Corinth has celebrated its storied past through its museums, historical sites, cemeteries and local flavor.
