Historic Charleston Foundation - Charleston, SC
Historic Charleston Foundation works to protect buildings, landscapes and cultural resources that make up Charleston's rich and irreplaceable heritage. Each spring the "a city set in a garden" is celebrated with two extraordinary events, the Annual Festival of Houses and Gardens, and the Charleston International Antiques Show, that allow visitors to experience some of the nation's most impressive antiques, as well as sneak peeks into the city's finest historic private houses and gardens. In addition, the public is invited to explore Charleston's history at its two museum sites: the Nathaniel Russell House, c. 1808, and the Aiken-Rhett House, c. 1818.
